As our paints are formulated to replicate the natural texture and appearance of real stone, they are not intended to be pristine – just as natural stone isn’t. We completely understand that this may not be to everyone’s taste. The charts are not mass produced. Each one is individually prepared by a member of our small team here at our family-run business, using the actual product to ensure an accurate finish. We charge a small fee to help cover the time, care, materials and postage involved in creating and sending them. In reality, this fee covers less than 15% of the total cost to us, but we keep it as low as possible to make it accessible for customers choosing colours at home.
